Hi beautiful soul. Welcome back to the Mind Body Manifest podcast. Today I'm diving into something that I have poured years of learning, growth and experience into. The Align Method for Manifestation. This is my signature manifestation method that has not only transformed my life, helping me to manifest things like my purpose, my husband, a pain free natural birth of my child, our dream home, sold out retreats and programs with dream clients, and so much more, but it's also been the driving force behind the epic transformations I've seen with my clients.

The Align Method is not only a manifestation tool, but also a way to create a deeply fulfilling life. So today I'm going to talk to you a little bit about what each step is and why it's an important part of the process. And you'll hear some real life examples from my clients and myself on how this works. If you are ready to step out of autopilot mode, to release the limitations that are keeping you stuck, and to embody the highest version of yourself, this episode is for you.

So let's break it down. Align. A L I G N stands for awareness, Letting go, Identity, Growth and non attachment. Each phase or step is a building block of the manifestation process that allows you to shift your mindset, elevate your energy and create powerful results in your life. So the first phase is awareness, and this is really the foundation of it all. Without building a strong foundation of self awareness, you get stuck in autopilot, feeling like life is happening to you rather than for you. But when you wake up to your power, you realize you are at pause for your life, which is a good thing because it means that you can actually create your reality.

I'm gonna give you an example of how this has shown up in my life. And being aware of patterns and things that haven't served me. So I used to fall into a defensive pattern in my relationship whenever my partner would make a comment about something simple like cleaning up. And at first I couldn't see it, I just reacted. But as I did the inner work, I became aware that I wasn't reacting to him. I was reacting to a story from childhood where I didn't feel enough. The awareness was a breakthrough. It gave me the power to change the fear and the limiting belief and the part of me that wasn't feeling seen, heard or loved.

But without having a strong foundation of awareness, we stay in these reactive loops and growth becomes nearly impossible. When you're living at cause for your reality, you're taking full responsibility for your energy, your choices and your reactions or your responses. You're in the driver's seat deciding how to respond to life's circumstances rather than letting them control you. And this is where real empowerment happens. On the other hand, when you're living in effect, it can feel like life is just happening to you. You're reacting to situations, blaming other people or external factors which ultimately gives your power away. Living at pause for your reality means saying I create my own reality, while living in effect is like saying my life depends on everything else outside of me. Whether I'm going to be happy depends on what's going on around me. So do you see the difference?

I want you to take a moment to really think about this. Where in your life do you feel like you're living on autopilot, maybe giving your power away to external circumstances or people or situations? And what would shift if you chose to live at cause for your reality? Without building a foundation of awareness, you can't recognize when you're being triggered, when you're self sabotaging or playing small, or when you're operating from fear and limiting beliefs that are no longer serving you.

Trying to transform or change something in your life without a strong foundation of awareness is like building a house on quicksand. You have to have a strong foundation to build upon. And that's really what this step is all about. So how do we do that?

Creating more awareness in your life comes from being more present present, living fully in the present moment. How often are you multitasking and not really giving anything your full attention? You're cooking dinner, listening to music and responding to your kids every five seconds. Or you're on a walk, listening to a podcast and writing emails, or you're scrolling Instagram and watching a TV show at night. Whatever it is, we as a society have become addicted to our phones and to multitasking, thinking that we're actually being more productive when really it lessens our attention span and takes us out of the present moment. And when we aren't fully present, we're on autopilot, operating from our subconscious programming rather than recognizing. When it isn't serving us, you become like a slave to it.

And this is why practices like meditation and Vinyasa Yoga are so powerful for bringing you into the present moment. Vinyasa Yoga is all about connecting breath with movement. Inhale, lift your leg up high. Exhale, step it through to low lunge. Inhale, to rest. With each movement, you take one breath. This forces your brain to be present to follow along. And there's lots of different types of meditations out there that are good for different things. But generally, a guided visualization meditation will do the same thing as Vinyasa Yoga. You're tasking your brain with something to focus on and to follow, leaving it no room to think about anything else. And that brings you into the present moment.

Another example of this would be a meditation where you are simply focusing on your breath. And every time your mind wanders, because it's. It's going to wander, you come back to focusing on your breath. So when you have a thought and you recognize, oh, wait a minute, I'm supposed to be meditating and focusing on my breath, I'm thinking about what I'm going to cook for dinner tonight. In that moment when you recognize that you're thinking about something else and you've taken yourself out of the present moment. When that happens and you bring yourself back to focusing on your breath, you've now brought yourself back into the present moment. This is training your brain to come back to the present moment. So if you've ever felt like, I can't meditate, I have way too many thoughts in my head, I can't clear my head, that type of meditation is going to be really helpful for you because you are. You're not trying to sit there without thoughts. You're just training your brain to become more present and to recognize every time your brain wants to take you out of the present moment.

And if this has become a habit, it's harder to break. So it's going to take some effort to do. But the more you do it, the better you get at it. The more you practice, the better you get at it. It's like strengthening a muscle. You have to train your brain like an athlete does. So I want you to ask yourself, how can I be more present today? How can I bring all of my senses into what I'm doing right now? What habits could I implement to become more present and aware?

All right, let's move on. The next step. The next phase is letting go. This step is about clearing out what no longer serves you. Whether that's limiting beliefs, old habits, or relationships that are draining your energy without letting go. You're like a vessel that's too full to receive anything new. It's exhausting. And this can also lead to burnout. When I guide my clients through this phase, it's all about creating space. Energetic space or physical space.

I had one client who was stuck in a job that she didn't love, and a part of her wanted to start her own business. But she had all of These fears and limiting beliefs as to why she couldn't do that that were keeping her stuck. Fears and limiting beliefs like I don't have the money or the cash flow to invest in it. What if my old boss comes after me for starting my own company? What if it doesn't work out and I have to go back to working for someone else? I mean, these are real concerns. But when we uncovered the root of these fears and limiting beliefs and released them energetically, she opened herself up to receiving new opportunities. She attracted everything she needed to be able to leave that toxic job and start her own company. And now she's thriving, doing what she loves.

When we cling to old beliefs and habits, it's like carrying around heavy backpack full of outdated baggage. It weighs us down, clouds our vision, and keeps us looking back rather than looking forward. This resistance to let go can make it nearly impossible to notice new opportunities, no matter how close they are. The universe could be sending you tons of options and opportunities and things that would really serve you, but you aren't aware of them because you have no space to see them or receive them. Your subconscious mind will always resort to what's familiar, even if it doesn't get you to where you want to be. So you have to let go of old outdated programming that isn't serving you. When we hold tight to what no longer serves us, we unconsciously block the path for fresh energy and aligned experiences to enter our lives.

So take a moment, think about it. Where might you be holding on to fears and limiting beliefs? What energy leaks can you plug in your life? What self sabotaging habits or relationships could you release to make space for something better to come in? Decide to let it go and new opportunities will come in. But without the first step of building awareness, the letting go part becomes even harder.

Okay, let's move on to the next step, which is identity. Identity is where the true transformation happens. To manifest the life you want, you have to start seeing yourself as the person who already has it. Because who we believe we are shapes every thought, choice and action. When we shift our identity, it's like setting a new standard for our lives. We naturally start to embody the energy of that next level. I notice this in every part of my life.

Years ago, I had a manager look me in the eye and say, laura, you're a leader. I hadn't seen myself that way before, but once I fully embraced it, everything shifted. I found myself setting stronger boundaries, speaking with more clarity, and letting go of the need for external validation. I started showing up more confidently, organizing better systems and taking bigger risks. And that was the year that I hit my first six figures. And as I got more confident with being a leader and following the things that lit me up, I took on the identity of being an entrepreneur. While I was still working at my corporate job, I started showing up as if I was already a successful entrepreneur. I was sharing value daily on Instagram, meditating consistently and practicing what I was teaching and offering. Embodying the identity of a successful entrepreneur, even before I had the successful business, helped me to attract the dream clients that were aligned with my vision and my values. It really made me more magnetic. People buy from people they know, like, and trust. And if your energy is whack, there's no way they're gonna buy from you. Right?

You can feel when someone's energy is off or they're just trying to get something from you versus when they're genuine. It's their energy. And at the core of your energy is your identity and what you believe about yourself and the world around you. When you identify as someone who is capable, worthy, and aligned with abundance, you show up in ways that attract abundance, opportunities, and success. And that's why if you don't see yourself as a leader, you won't lead. If you don't see yourself as someone deserving of love, it's hard to attract healthy relationships. It all starts with who you believe yourself to be. Shifting my identity created a ripple effect that lifted every area of my life, helping me to not just manifest external success, but also a deeper sense of fulfillment and peace.

So for this step, I want you to ask yourself, who do I need to become to manifest my dreams? What new identity do I need to step into? What does that version of me believe? How do things get to be for that version of me? How does that version of me show up for herself? What are her habits? How does she make decisions? What are her priorities? Start embodying her now, even before you have the results. It starts with the inner process to see the external results.

Okay, let's move on to the next step. The next step is growth. Now this is all about embodying a growth mindset, which means seeing setbacks as opportunities to learn and grow. But if you don't have this, every no or failure that you experience feels like a reason to quit. But with a growth mindset, setbacks are just feedback guiding you to the next level. One of my very first coaches and mentors used to always say, there is no failure, only feedback. Reese Evans, I love you so much. That one belief shifted so much for me when I started to see the things that I thought were failures just as feedback, it allowed me to adjust and continue to move forward.

Adopting a growth mindset is one of the most powerful shifts you can make. When we embrace challenges with curiosity instead of fear, we open ourselves to new perspectives and new possibilities. Give you another example, when I faced a setback in my business early on, I was pretty frustrated. But when I shifted my mindset around it, I realized that experience was exactly what I needed to refine my strategy and help me to get more clear on my vision and how to serve the people I'm meant to serve. This allowed me to take smarter action, and from there I was moving forward with more clarity and purpose.

The other aspect to a growth mindset is having an attitude of gratitude. Gratitude is one of the highest vibrational frequencies. The more grateful you feel, the more things you attract that make you feel grateful. It really is the most simple, profound shifts you can make in your perspective. Gratitude raises your vibration and it makes you a magnet for more abundance.

When my clients approach life with gratitude and appreciation, they move from feeling lack to feeling full. That's huge. It changes the way you see opportunities and you start moving forward with inspired action. Science has proven that making a conscious effort to be more grateful and appreciative of what you have changes your brain. And the more you do it, the more ingrained the path of neurons. So you have more positive thoughts, which leads to more positive feelings, which lead to more empowered actions and aligned opportunities. People that make a conscious effort to be more grateful also have less anxiety, less depression, less less mental health issues, and are generally happier. So this is why adopting a growth mindset is so powerful in this process.

All right, now the last step or the last phase is non attachment. And this one is so important. Non attachment is about releasing the need for your desire to unfold in a specific way or within a certain timeline. It's trusting that the universe knows the best path to bring your desires to life. One of the most powerful examples of this is my past client, Amber. She had a big dream of homeschooling her kids, traveling with her husband, and living out of a van. But she believed that it would take at least seven years to make this happen. Together, we worked on releasing her attachment to it happening a certain way and when it would all come together, letting go of the idea that it had to unfold the one way she could imagine. And when she released this attachment and opened herself up to to any path, the universe could provide, things began to align. Almost miraculously, new opportunities came up that she couldn't have anticipated. Things just fell into place and her dream life manifested in only three months, far sooner than she'd ever expected. By releasing her grip on how and when it would happen, she allowed the universe to surprise her and she found herself living the exact life she dreamed of without the long wait that she expected.

When we are attached to an outcome, we're in flingy, desperate energy. It's like trying to control a relationship by holding on too tightly. Have you ever been in a relationship with someone? Or maybe you've been that person where one of you is just really clingy and kind of needy and that energy pushes the other person away. But when we have this energy of it's already done, of course it is exactly what I want is happening. You it's like a non attached energy. Things just flow. You open yourself up to receiving what it is that you desire rather than chasing and clinging to it.

Okay, I hope that these steps really helped bring some clarity for you. If you are ready to align with the life you've been dreaming of, these five steps Awareness, Letting Go, Identity, Growth, and Non Attachment create a powerful roadmap for manifesting your dream life and personal transformation. Each step builds on the one before it, guiding you deeper into alignment. But here's a quick note. Just as growth and success aren't always linear, these steps don't always unfold in a perfect order. Sometimes you'll find yourself focusing on growth and then uncover a new layer of letting go. Or sometimes you might practice non attachment and realize there's a new limiting belief. You need to shift. And that's okay. Our logical mind craves order, but the process of manifestation can be more fluid, unfolding in a way that's exactly right for you. After years of trial and error, I've discovered that while each step has its own unique purpose, together they create a transformative, adaptive path for manifesting your dreams.

Now, the Align method is part of my one on one coaching and my Quantum Up Level program. I've seen my clients manifest some pretty incredible things, from dream careers and financial freedom to healed relationships and personal inner peace. And so much more.
